In winter, don’t forget to check out the road conditions before heading out on the 105 National Parks.
Duration: All day
Price: from $ 104
Total distance: 240 km. approx.
Drive out of Bariloche alongside River Limay to Anfiteatro, a natural amphitheater-shaped formation that looks like a large Roman circus, and a few kilometers further on, Valle Encantado (Enchanted Valley), with its strange rocky figures.
Then take the turnoff to the west through a transition area between the steppe and the moist forest, along Rivers Cuyin Manzano, Traful and Minero, uphill to the Lake Traful and its scenic lookout on a rocky cliff over 70 meters high, admiring a breathtaking panoramic view.
Along the winding road to the lake, you get to the picturesque little village Villa Traful, renowned for the salmon fishing and camping areas that surround it.
Further on, get to Puerto Arrayán, and after El Portezuelo, take the Seven Lakes road to visit beautiful Villa La Angostura, and then back to Bariloche as the final destination of this very complete tour.
